La Meva Salut 4.3

La Meva Salut is a digital personal health platform that allows the citizens of Catalonia to easily access their health information and interact with the Catalan Health System remotely. It also provides access to the health information of their children and individuals for whom they are legally responsible.

Users can consult and download clinical reports, diagnoses, and clinical analysis and test results. It also allows access to the current medication plan for direct pharmacy retrieval, requesting primary care appointments, and accessing various digital health services. Through the eConsulta service, users can engage in healthcare consultations with healthcare professionals, complete administrative tasks, and send documents.

La Meva Salut can be accessed with a digital certificate or with a username and password, in both cases, using the personal identification code (CIP) found on the individual health card (TSI).
